Weekly Photo Challenge : Juxtaposition

Image

A Tibetan Monk listening to music?

juxtaposition is “the act of placing things side by side, especially for the purpose of comparison or contrast”

I put this picture for this Weekly Photo Challenge because the Tibetan Monk creating a Sand Mandala is giving me an ancient vibe but the earpiece is telling me that this is the 21st century. I think the effect of contrast is even stronger for me because I am imagining that The Monk is listening to some KPop Ballad instead of chanting prayers (^_^).
